Helen Matthes Library Board of Director’s Meeting Minutes July 17, 2007 A special Board meeting of the Helen Matthes Library Board was held July 17, 2007. The meeting was called to order at 5:30 p.m. by President Jeff Weis. Physically present were library Board members Jeff Weis, Dave Seiler, Gloria Bauer, Jeanna Hook, Karen Luchtefeld, Dana Keller and Ellen Welton. Absent were Rod Wiethop and Bob Willenborg. Also present were Amanda Standerfer and Johnna Schultz. Members from the City Council who were present include Mayor Lange, Commissioners Harris, Gillenwater, Meicenheimer, and Flach. President Weis welcomed the Mayor of Effingham and Members of the City Council. A tour of the library was conducted. After the tour, refreshments were served.
