Helen Matthes Library Board of Director’s Meeting Minutes March 31, 2007 The Helen Matthes Library Board of Director’s held a Board retreat training session from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Members present were Newton, Luchtefeld, Wiethop, Willenborg, Bauer, Hook, and Seiler.
