Helen Matthes Library Board of Director’s Special Meeting Minutes October 5, 2009
The special board meeting of the Helen Matthes Board of Directors was held on October 5, 2009. The meeting was called to order at 6:36 p.m. by President Bauer. Board members present for roll call were Gloria Bauer, Dana Keller, John Latta, Karen Luchtefeld, Ellen Welton, and Rod Wiethop as well as Director Jeanne Hamilton. Those absent were Charlie Bovard, Rachael Fearday, and Bob Willenborg. Also present was Building Advisory Committee member Ann Newton. There was no public comment. A motion was made by Bauer and seconded by Latta to go into executive session to discuss property and personnel issues pursuant to sections 2(c)(1) and 2(c)(5) of the Open Meetings Act at 6:37 p.m. All members were in favor. After returning to regular session, Luchtefeld motioned to adjourn. Bauer seconded this motion. Everyone said, “Aye.”
