EFFINGHAM LIBRARY CARDHOLDERS

  1. Download the Hoopla app or login into hoopladigital.com and click “get started”.
  2. Create an account using an email and password.
  3. Put in your library card and pin number and choose Effingham Public Library.
  4. Borrow, instantly stream, and download fabulous free content from anywhere!

cloudLibrary is currently not compatible with Kindle Paperwhites or the Kindle Apps. If you would like to read eBooks on your Kindle please contact Kindle support and request that Amazon allow compatibility with cloudLibrary.

  1. Download the App
    • directly from the Apple App Store or Google Play.
  2. Log into your Library
    • select your state, Illinois Heartland Library System as your library, and enter your library ID and PIN (if required). Click agree to terms and log in.
  3. Browse, Borrow and Read
    • now you are ready to browse, borrow and read eBooks from your local library.
