Mondays through Thursdays, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. area residents can find assistance filing for unemployment, government phones, finding food and more with the Effingham County Case Manager at the Effingham Public Library, 200 N. Third St. Effingham, IL, Suite 2 (Basement)
They are also available through email at firstname.lastname@example.org or by phone at (224) 209-6638. You do not have to live in Effingham County to receive assistance.
